Fiberglass Septic Tanks for Project Procurement

YaoCai FRP supplies FRP septic tanks for evaluation in residential and commercial wastewater projects. Select the tank as part of the approved wastewater system, using the required capacity, connection arrangement and site conditions.

Confirm Capacity and Configuration

Provide the design flow, intended application and required working volume established by your project designer. Request a model-specific drawing showing overall dimensions, inlet and outlet details, internal arrangement and inspection access.

Review the Installation Conditions

Share the available soil and groundwater information, burial conditions and any proposed loads above or around the tank. The responsible local team should confirm the installation design against the selected model’s instructions and structural information before purchase.

Plan Inspection and Maintenance Access

Confirm access openings and the future servicing route before completing the site layout. Keep the model documentation, final drawing and service records with the property operator. Ask a qualified local wastewater professional to establish the maintenance schedule for the actual system.

Request a Clear Supply Scope

Ask which fittings, covers, documents and packing are included. Confirm the order quantity, delivery destination and required project review documents. The tank is one part of a wastewater system; additional treatment or disposal arrangements depend on the approved design.

Septic Tank Project Resources

Request FRP septic tank specifications and pricing with the destination, required capacity, quantity and approved project requirements.

Model-Specific Documentation

Request the selected model’s dimensions, material information and installation instructions for project review.

Wastewater Design Coordination

Confirm required capacity, internal arrangement and connections against the approved wastewater design.

Installation and Service Planning

Review site loads, groundwater and maintenance access with the local project team before installation.

Working Principle & Internal Structure

Multi-Chamber Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater passes through three sealed chambers inside the tank. Each chamber performs a dedicated treatment stage, so the effluent leaving the tank is already substantially clarified and stabilised.

  • Stage 1 – Sedimentation: Heavy solids sink to the chamber floor while fats, oils and grease float to the surface, separating the bulk of suspended material from the liquid.
  • Stage 2 – Anaerobic Digestion: In the oxygen-free digestion chamber, anaerobic bacteria break down the accumulated organic sludge, reducing its volume and stabilising the wastewater.
  • Stage 3 – Filtration: The clarified liquid passes through the final filtration chamber, where residual fine particles are retained before the treated water is discharged to the drain field or further treatment stage.
